I hope you are all well. I’m going to spruce up the League for the forthcoming 1994 season; to be honest, it’s long overdue.

1. What I’m thinking of doing is resetting dead cap for all uncoached teams.
2. Customizing uncoached teams to make them more appealing.
3. Rename the Divisions and playoff rounds.
4. Introduce dead cap relief for coaches who have found themselves in cap trouble. (this will not be open to abuse….maybe once every five/six seasons)
5. I will also be renaming the conferences to reflect the Conference Winner and Championship Winner from the previous season.

If we implement these changes, and you are happy enough, we will embark on a huge recruitment drive to bring in more coaches to make the league more competitive.

Going forward, I hope to set up an Awards Committee to induct a Ring of Honour for retired team players and a League Hall of Fame. This will not be introduced for another few seasons. A few leagues, like the XFL run by Cjfred, have this already set up successfully.
