Team Name Revert?

In my user-created league, the USFL/WFL, the team name of the Michigan Panthers suddenly reverted to "Tennessee." Never saw this before.

There was an issue with the uniform update for Tennessee in 2018 that some user-created leagues got the new update that shouldn't have. Is your season unlocked?

I can't customize the teams, even when I turn on the function to allow owner customization.
