yet another questionable declined penalty

i won the game anyways but.....
1. on 4th down with 5 yards to go i kicked a FG it was good
2. on the play offsides was called against the defense
3. shouldn't i have accepted and got the 1st down?????

It is possible that accepting the penalty may have left you with 4th and inches.

This would have been the case.
